Channa Daal fry

Ingredients


Channa daal boiled 2 cups

Onion 1 large sliced

Tomatoes 3 large chopped

Ginger garlic chopped 1tbsp

Red button chillies 6

Salt to taste

Turmeric powder 1/2tsp

Red chilli powder 1tbsp

Corriandar powder 1-1/2tbsp

Cumin seeds 1tsp

Fennel seeds 1/2tsp

Mustard seeds 1/2tsp

Black seeds 1/4tsp

Dry fenugreek leaves 1tsp

Garam masala powder 1tsp

Oil 1/2


Method

Heat oil fry onion , ginger garlic , cumin , fennel, mustard seeds , black seeds and red button chillies.

Fry onion till golden then add tomatoes and bhunofy it well add seasonings when oil comes on top add boiled channa daal salt and cook it for atleast 10mins.

Lastly add dryfenugreek garam masala fresh green chillies and Jillian ginger

Serve with paratha and naan
