Ingredients
- Boiled and mashed potatoes 4 large 
- Chopped green chillies 4-5 
- Chopped mint and corriandar leaves mixed 4tbsp 
- Red crushed chillies 1/2tsp 
- Salt to taste 
- Onion chopped 4tbsp 
- Roasted and crushed cumin 1tbsp 
- Turmeric powder 1tsp 
- Karri patta 5 -6 
- Mustard seeds 1/2tsp 
- Chaat masala 1/2tsp 
- Mustard oil 1tbsp 
Method
- Heat mustard oil add karri leaves mustard seeds onion bd sautee it for 1mins 
- add turmeric powder red chilli crushed and cumin sautee them for 30secs more 
- put the masala into mashed potatoes 
- add in salt chaat masala green chillies mujt nd corriandar leaves mix well and make balls. 
For batter
- Gram flour 1cup 
- Red chilli one pinch 
- Salt one pinch 
- Water as req to make medium thick runny consistency 
- Method 
- Make batter dip potato balls in it and deep fry in mustard oil til golden crispy 
For Chutney
- Imli pulp 1 cup 
- Mint leaves 1/2bunch 
- Red button chillies 4 
- Crushed roasted cumin 1tsp 
- Black salt 1/4tsp 
- Green chilli 1 
- Put them in blender and blend it well. 
To assemble
Toast Pao bread /mini buns in some butter, imli Chutney put fried vada and serve hot.
