A perfect healthy vegan Zucchini zoodles Chowmein. Less ingredients double the taste đ€©

Ingredients:
200g Zucchini
2 packets noodles (3 cups)
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp black pepper (crushed)
1 cup tomato purée
2 onions (Julien cut)
1 Capsicum (Julien cut)
3 tbsp garlic (grated)
1 tbsp vinegar
2-3 tbsp oil
Method:
Boil the noodles and keep it aside.
By using potato peeler make zucchini zoodles.
Take a wok. Preheat then add oil. Add onions and garlic then sauté for 2 minutes. Add tomato purée and cook for 5 minutes on high flame.
Add capsicum, noodles, salt & pepper with zucchini then sauté for 5-10 minutes on high flame.
Add vinegar then mix and serve hot.
đyou can use also use green sponge gourd for this recipe.
đ Increase the amount of Zucchini if you like.
