INGREDIENTS:
1 phool gobhi
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp haldi
1 tabsp kasuri methi
1 onion cut in squares
1 shimla mirch cut in squares
MARINATION
take a big bowl and add all ingredients.mix well and leave for 30 min
GRAVY:
3 ro 4 tomatoes blanch,take skin off and make puree
Oil - 1/4 - 1/2 cup
Cumin - 1/2 tsp
Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp
Red chillie powder - 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - Sabut
1 tsp dhanya powder salt to taste.
METHOD:
1. Take a pan, add oil, add cumin seeds and fennel seeds
Than add gg paste,chilli powder,add sabut garam masala.mix well add tomato puree. bhoonafy than add dhaniya powder and salt.
2. Add corn flour mix in water about 1 tsp in 3 tsp water to thicken the gravy. bhoonafy again. now add cream 1/4 cup. set aside
3. Take another pan. heat oil and add marinated gobhi. stir fry for few min. now add it in gravy. cover and cook for few min
Add hari mirch, you can also add julienne ginger.
Enjoy with roti / paratha :)
ps: add 1 tsp ketchup in the gravy
