Three Layered Chocolate Delight

Ingredients :

For Base : -Marie Biscuits - 18 biscuits For center layer : Cornflour- 4 tbsp Milk - 400ml Condense milk -395 gm CoCoa powder - 3 tbsps Cream - 100 ml Chocolate - 50gms For top layer: -whipped cream For decoration : -chocolate shavings -crushed marie biscuit Method: -Crush biscuits and put them in the serving dish, spread evenly. -now for preparing centre layer, -mix cornflour in milk and keep aside. -in a pan add condense milk, Cocoa powder, cream and chocolate. -switch on the flame and mix it well. -add cornflour mixture to it. -Mix it again and keep it on stove, cook it till turns thick ( more than the custard thickness). -pour it on biscuit layer. -let it cool in fridge for an hour. -whip the whipping cream. -now pour all whipping cream on the chocolate centre layer. -let it sit in fridge for another half an hour. -now decorate it as u desire.
