Ingredients

For caramel sauce

Sugar 1/2cup

Butter 2tbsp

Cream 1cup


  1. Take Non stick pan add in sugar on low flame and keep stiring until it starts to melt. Afterwards when it completely turns into nice golden caramel add in butter mix it well.

  2. Then take off the pan from heat and pour cream

  3. mix well again put it into stove on low heat and cook it for 5mins

  4. Caramel sauce is ready. Keep it aside


For custard

Make regular vanilla custard with medium thick consistency.


To assemble

  1. For base i used crushed peanut butter brownies you can use the normal one

  2. Then pour some custard over it sprinkle roasted peanuts

  3. then pour caramel sauce reappear the procedure for the layers you want.

  4. Put in fridge to set.
