Thai Chicken with Peri Peri Rice

Recipe

Thai chicken

1 kg bone less chicken

Butter 1 tablespoon heap

2 tablespoons oil

1cup coconut milk

2 teaspoons red chilli flakes

1 tablespoon ketchup

1teasoon salt

Half teaspoon black peeper, freshly grounded

Half cup fresh cream

8green chillies vertically cut


Method

Sauté chicken in butter on medium flame.

When the chicken changes color, add the oil

Now add red chilli flakes, salt, ketchup, black pepper and green chillies and cook for 10 minutes.

Add the coconut milk.

Let it simmer for another 10 minutes

Now that the chicken n is tender add the cream and switch off the flame



Peri rice

U need boiled rice then take a pan pour oil in it add khoob Sara chopped garlic in it when it change it colour then add chilli powder haldi salt in it then bhoonify it pour rice in it toss them in this masala then add nandos wala peri peri sauce and green chillies its done
