Tarragon chicken steaks

Ingredients

Boneless chicken breast 2 flattened

Salt, pepper 1/2 tsp

mustard paste ½ tsp

Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp

Garlic paste ½ tsp

Oil 1 tbsp

Rosemary leaves ½ tsp

Basil leave 1/4tsp

Soya sauce 1 tsp

HP sauce 2 tbsp


Fries / mashed potatoes on the side




Ingredients for creamy tarragon sauce


Butter 2 tbsp

Cream 1 pack

Milk 1glass

Dried tarragon 1tsp

Parsley 1 tbsp

Spring onion leaves finely chopped 1 tsp

Salt and pepper ½ tsp each


Method

Marinate chicken steak with salt, pepper and mustard, garlic paste, Worcestershire sauce,basil, oil, rosemary leaves, soya sauce, steak sauce for 30 minutes, heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan, fry chicken steak on both sides, when water dries add tarragon sauce, cook till done, serve on a sizzler with fries or mashed potatoes


Method for tarragon sauce


Heat butter add in tarragon, salt pepper add cream milk and cook for 5mins till it becomes spicy thick. Sprinkle parsley and spring onion.
