A quick n simple recipe that u can serve on a dinner.Infused chicken with creamy tarragon sauce ,it is a traditional herb rich in flavour. Ingredients: Chicken fillet 1/2 kg Mustard paste 2 tbsp Vinegar 2 tbsp Soy sauce 2 tbsp Worcestershire 2 tbsp Lemon juice 3 to 4 tbsp Black pepper powder 2 tsp White pepper powder 1/2tsp Salt to taste Chicken powder 1tsp Chopped garlic 2 tbsp Red chilli flakes 1/2tsp Oil 4 to 5tbsp Cream 250ml Milk 250ml Tarragon herb 1tbsp Parsley fresh or dry 1tsp(dry) Happy cow cheese 4 pieces Butter 2tbsp Vegetables of your own choice
Method: Pound the entire surface of each chicken fillet , now in chicken add salt, 1 tsp black pepper, chilli flakes, vinegar, lemon juice, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, oil, 1 tbsp chopped garlic and mustard paste mix them well n marinate for 1 hour or more.Now in a separate pan add 2 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp chopped garlic saute for 2 min, after 2min add cream, milk, tarragon ,parsley, white pepper, 1tsp black pepper, 1tsp chicken powder n happy cow cheese mix them well cook for 3 min until u get the desired consistency tarragon sauce is ready.Take a grill pan or plain pan add 4 to 5 tbsp oil when it become hot place your chicken fillets n grill each side for 10 min or until it becomes perfectly cooked.Grill your vegetable on the same pan u can add sesoning salt pepper n soya sauce. Now pour you tarragon sauce over grilled chicken n serve it with saute vegetables or mash potatoes or fried rice.
