Ingredients
- Chicken 1kg 
- Ginger garlic Paste 1tbsp 
- Onion 3medium 
- Tomatoes 2 large 
- Salt to taste 
- Cumin seeds 1tsp 
- Cinnamon stick 1 
- Red chilli powder 1tbsp 
- Turmeric powder 1/2tsp 
- Tandoori masala 2tbsp 
- Garam masala powder 1tsp 
- Dry fenugreek leaves 1tsp 
- Karri leaves 10 
- Oil 1/2cup. 
Method
- Heat oil fry onion and karri leaves 
- Add cumin seeds, Cinammon and ginger garlic paste cook for 5mins 
- Add chicken , tandoori masala, turmeric, red chilli powder, salt 
- Cook chicken for atleast 10mins on medium flame 
- Now add chopped tomatoes and cover and cook for 15mins 
- Lastly add dry fenugreek leaves , garam masala powder and some fresh green chillies.
