Ingredients
Chicken 1kg
Ginger garlic Paste 1tbsp
Onion 3medium
Tomatoes 2 large
Salt to taste
Cumin seeds 1tsp
Cinnamon stick 1
Red chilli powder 1tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
Tandoori masala 2tbsp
Garam masala powder 1tsp
Dry fenugreek leaves 1tsp
Karri leaves 10
Oil 1/2cup.
Method
Heat oil fry onion and karri leaves
Add cumin seeds, Cinammon and ginger garlic paste cook for 5mins
Add chicken , tandoori masala, turmeric, red chilli powder, salt
Cook chicken for atleast 10mins on medium flame
Now add chopped tomatoes and cover and cook for 15mins
Lastly add dry fenugreek leaves , garam masala powder and some fresh green chillies.
