Tandoori chicken gravy

Ingredients


  1. Chicken 1kg

  2. Ginger garlic Paste 1tbsp

  3. Onion 3medium

  4. Tomatoes 2 large

  5. Salt to taste

  6. Cumin seeds 1tsp

  7. Cinnamon stick 1

  8. Red chilli powder 1tbsp

  9. Turmeric powder 1/2tsp

  10. Tandoori masala 2tbsp

  11. Garam masala powder 1tsp

  12. Dry fenugreek leaves 1tsp

  13. Karri leaves 10

  14. Oil 1/2cup.


Method

  1. Heat oil fry onion and karri leaves

  2. Add cumin seeds, Cinammon and ginger garlic paste cook for 5mins

  3. Add chicken , tandoori masala, turmeric, red chilli powder, salt

  4. Cook chicken for atleast 10mins on medium flame

  5. Now add chopped tomatoes and cover and cook for 15mins

  6. Lastly add dry fenugreek leaves , garam masala powder and some fresh green chillies.
