INGREDIENTS:


Sphagetti half packet Chicken breast 2 cut into cubes Capsicum 1 medium jullienne Carrot 1 medium jullienne Cabbage half cup jullienne Onion 1 medium finely sliced Ginger garlic paste Spring onion half cup white portion Spring onion half cup green portion Green chillies 2 Oil 3 to 4 tablespoons

Sauces: Soya sauce Vinegar Tomato paste( readymade) Chillie garlic sauce Ketchup

Spices: Black pepper White pepper Cumin powder Red chillie powder Salt Garlic powder


Method:


Preparation of Noodles or Sphagetti:

Boil water with salt and oil..put noodles or sphagetti. Cook for 8 mins.until 90% done. Drain water and run cold water on sphagetti. Pour 1 tablespoon oil on them.they will remain separated.


Marination of chicken:

Marinate it with garlic powder, red chillie powder, cumin powder, salt, soya sauce ,vinegar, tomato paste, black pepper and white pepper.


For Sauce:

In a bowl add 2 tablespoons vinegar, chillie garlic sauce 2 tablespoons, tomato paste 3 tablespoons, soya sauce 3 tablespoons, ketchup 2 to 3 tablespoons. Mix them all..


Cooking:

In a wok or pan .put oil add finely sliced onions and ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon. Saute it for 2 minutes.

Add marinated chicken cubes and cook it for good 8minutes until it is done.

Add carrots, capsicum, cabbage ,spring onions white part.saute them oil on high flame for 2 minutes. Don't overcook.

Then Add sauce in chicken and vegetables. Mix it and add noodles or sphagetti. Mix it well until everything is well incorporated. Adjust salt according to your taste.

In the end put green chillies and green part of spring onions..

Use tomato paste not puree. You can adjust spice level according to ur taste. You can little bit oil if you want.

Your street style chowmein is ready to eat.🙂
