Sticky Chicken Wings

Method:
1. In a large bowl, combine wings, garlic paste, black pepper and salt.
2. In a pan, add three tablespoons oil, Dip the chicken wings in all purpose flour just right before frying.
3. Fry the wings, turn the sides and fry them well.
4.Take the wings out and prepare the sauce.
5. For the sauce: In a pan, add garlic cloves, red chili paste, soya sauce, salt and honey.
6. Mix well fry for about a minute then add the fried wings, coat the wings really well in the sauce.
Serve with fried rice 🍲
