To make this dish, you’ll need:

1/2 litre milk

1 pack cream

2 tablespoons sugar

1/2 cup condensed milk

half cup Khoya(optional)

1 teaspoon cardamom powder

5 to 6 slices white bread

Almond & pistachios for garnishing


Method:


Cut 5 bread slices in half, it will be 10 triangle shaped bread slices.

Deep fry the slices of bread until they get golden brown in color, place these slices in a dish.

Boil milk, sugar, half packet cream, condensed milk along with cardamom powder, let it simmer until it is reduced by half and is thick in consistency.

Now, add this over the bread slices in a dish and pour more cream on top and garnish with chopped almonds, walnuts and pistachios.
