Ingredients
- Beef mince 1/2kg (hath ka) 
- Rice basmati soaked 1/2kg 
- Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp 
- Onion 1 large sliced 
- Tomatoes 2large sliced 
- Turmeric powder 1/2tsp 
- Red chilli powder 1tsp 
- Green chilli paste 1tsp 
- Salt 1tbsp 
- Mint and coriander leaves 1/2bunch each 
- Garam masala powder 1tsp 
- Cumin powder 1tsp 
- Oil 1/2cup 
- Zarda colour and kewra water few drops 
Method
- Heat 1/4cup oil add mince ginger garlic onion tomatoes turmeric red chilli powder cumin powder Garam masala salt green chilli paste 
- Cover and cook till done 
- In another pot heat remaining oil add water 2cups around let it boil check salt add if needed. 
- Put soaked rice in boiling water and let the water dry out. 
- When rice comes on dum position put prepared mince and mint coriander leaves on top add zarda colour and some kewra water 
- Put it on dum till rice fully cooked. 
- Serve with raita and salad.
