Ingredients
Beef mince 1/2kg (hath ka)
Rice basmati soaked 1/2kg
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Onion 1 large sliced
Tomatoes 2large sliced
Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
Red chilli powder 1tsp
Green chilli paste 1tsp
Salt 1tbsp
Mint and coriander leaves 1/2bunch each
Garam masala powder 1tsp
Cumin powder 1tsp
Oil 1/2cup
Zarda colour and kewra water few drops
Method
Heat 1/4cup oil add mince ginger garlic onion tomatoes turmeric red chilli powder cumin powder Garam masala salt green chilli paste
Cover and cook till done
In another pot heat remaining oil add water 2cups around let it boil check salt add if needed.
Put soaked rice in boiling water and let the water dry out.
When rice comes on dum position put prepared mince and mint coriander leaves on top add zarda colour and some kewra water
Put it on dum till rice fully cooked.
Serve with raita and salad.
