Qeema pulao biryani

Ingredients


  1. Beef mince 1/2kg (hath ka)

  2. Rice basmati soaked 1/2kg

  3. Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp

  4. Onion 1 large sliced

  5. Tomatoes 2large sliced

  6. Turmeric powder 1/2tsp

  7. Red chilli powder 1tsp

  8. Green chilli paste 1tsp

  9. Salt 1tbsp

  10. Mint and coriander leaves 1/2bunch each

  11. Garam masala powder 1tsp

  12. Cumin powder 1tsp

  13. Oil 1/2cup

  14. Zarda colour and kewra water few drops


Method


  1. Heat 1/4cup oil add mince ginger garlic onion tomatoes turmeric red chilli powder cumin powder Garam masala salt green chilli paste

  2. Cover and cook till done

  3. In another pot heat remaining oil add water 2cups around let it boil check salt add if needed.

  4. Put soaked rice in boiling water and let the water dry out.

  5. When rice comes on dum position put prepared mince and mint coriander leaves on top add zarda colour and some kewra water

  6. Put it on dum till rice fully cooked.

  7. Serve with raita and salad.
