Petha Kaddu / Kashi phaal ka Halwa

Ingredients
1 kg kaddu cut in cubes 1 cup sugar 1.5 liter Milk Ghee 1/2 cup Cardimon seeds 12 Cinnamon sticks 2 1 cup Milk powder To Garnish Pistasho Badaam Nariyal Choowarahs
METHOD Pour 1.5 liter of milk in a pot. Add in the cubes of Petha Kaddu, cinnamon sticks 3 and 1/2 cup sugar in the pot. Bring to boil the milk with petha kaddu in it for 3 mintues on high than medium and finally on low flame. let the pot be on simmer atleast for an hour. I usually keep it on hot tawa with low flame. The milk will turn yellowish white with lacha in it and will give a look of condense milk. Stir it after every 10 minutes. Bhoonafy till oil seperates.
