Easy and quick
Ingredients
1kg chicken
6 tomatoes
4 green chillies
1tsp ginger and garlic paste
1tsp yougurt
1tsp salt
1tsp black pepper
Method
Take a karahi put half cup oil in it then add chicken along with salt fry it until it changes colour then add ginger and garlic paste fry it for 2 more min then add tomatoes with green chilies
After the masala bhonify add yogurt and black pepper cook for another five min then add julienne cut ginger along with fresh coriander on top.
