INGREDIENTS:
- Meat 1/2kg 
- Onion 1 - 2 sliced 
- Tomatoes 2 - 3 
- Red chillie powder 2tsp 
- Tumeric 1tsp 
- Dhania powder 2 Tsp 
- Salt 
- Green Chillies 
- Green Corriander 
- Lemon juice 
- Curry leaves - 5 
- Cumin - 1 tsp 
- Crushed garlic ginger - 1tbsp 
- Dry fenugreek leaves - 1Tbsp 
- Oil 
Method:
- Fry onions till light golden 
- Add meat and fry 
- Add garlic ginger and fry properly 
- Then add masalay with little water and fry 
- Then add water and let cook till meat is tender 
- Then add tomatoes and cook 
- Frys that oil comes on top 
- Now add fenugreek leaves (methi) and fry 
- Now add spinach and cook till water evaporates, fry till oil shows on top. 
- Make bhagar with little oil (not too much oil as we already added oil in the start) 
- Add sliced garlic, green chillies, cumin, curry leaves. Bhagar the palak gosht 
- Now put a tawa underneath and let it cook on v slow flame for like 20 - 30 min. 
- Add green Chillies, green coriander, lemon juice 
- Serve with garam roti and zeera rice and enjoy 😊
