Palak Gosht

INGREDIENTS:


  1. Meat 1/2kg

  2. Onion 1 - 2 sliced

  3. Tomatoes 2 - 3

  4. Red chillie powder 2tsp

  5. Tumeric 1tsp

  6. Dhania powder 2 Tsp

  7. Salt

  8. Green Chillies

  9. Green Corriander

  10. Lemon juice

  11. Curry leaves - 5

  12. Cumin - 1 tsp

  13. Crushed garlic ginger - 1tbsp

  14. Dry fenugreek leaves - 1Tbsp

  15. Oil



Method:



  1. Fry onions till light golden

  2. Add meat and fry

  3. Add garlic ginger and fry properly

  4. Then add masalay with little water and fry

  5. Then add water and let cook till meat is tender

  6. Then add tomatoes and cook

  7. Frys that oil comes on top

  8. Now add fenugreek leaves (methi) and fry

  9. Now add spinach and cook till water evaporates, fry till oil shows on top.

  10. Make bhagar with little oil (not too much oil as we already added oil in the start)

  11. Add sliced garlic, green chillies, cumin, curry leaves. Bhagar the palak gosht

  12. Now put a tawa underneath and let it cook on v slow flame for like 20 - 30 min.

  13. Add green Chillies, green coriander, lemon juice

  14. Serve with garam roti and zeera rice and enjoy 😊
