P.F Chang's Style Mongolian Beef

You'll need:

1/2 kg Beef undercut cut into strips (pre-boiled)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon fresh garlic minced

1 cup veggies: Bell peppers, Onions, Mushrooms

1 tablespoon Soya Sauce

1 tablespoon Chili paste

1 tablespoon Hoison Sauce

1 teaspoon Vinegar

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

A pinch of white pepper

1/2 teaspoon brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon paprika powder


Method:

Combine the sauces in a bowl, stirring until they are combined, now add brown sugar and mix until they are dissolved, and set aside.

Add oil in a wok then add garlic paste, black pepper, white pepper and paprika powder then add the boiled beef strips and fry until cooked through, about a minute.

Add the sauces mixture and veggies and simmer it until thickened, add sesame oil now and cornflour dissolved in water, now cook it for a minute.

Sprinkle some red chilli flakes on top x
