Ingredients:


Chicken Qeema 2 lbs( I used leg qeema , breast meat gets dry ) Adrak lassan 2 tbsp Haldi 1/2 tsp Salt 1 1/2 tsp Dahi 2 tbsp Black pepper 1/2 tsp Green chillies ground 2 tbsp Cream cheese 2 tbsp Lemon salt (citric acid) 1/2 tsp Fresh mint chopped 3 tbsp Cilantro 4 tbsp (hara Dhania ) Bread crumbs plain 1/2 cup Corn meal 1/2 cup ( makai ka atta ) Zeera powder 2 tsp Dhania kuta 2 tsp Garam masala 1/2 tsp Oil for frying

Oil 2 tbsp Butter 2 tbsp Salt 1/4 tsp Black pepper 1/4 tsp Zeera kuta 1/2 tsp Green bell pepper 1 cubed Red bell pepper 1 cubed Onion 1 cubed Tomatoes chrushed 3 Chat masala 1/2 tsp Cream 3 tbsp Cilantro 2 tbsp


Mix all the spices in chicken and make long kababs and fry and put in a tray like I did Make vegetable bhagar and cook for 5 mins if it gets thick add 1/4 cup of water and pour on top of kababs and cover with foil so all the aroma stays in side and enjoy



Tips : 1.. these kababs r mild and very yummy, always fry little kabab and taste first and adjust spices .i didn't put any egg if urs break thn add 2..u can make in beef only u need to marinate for 20 mins and add 1 tsp of red chillie powder or use any good quality of Bihari or tikka boti masala and lessens salt 3.. if u like u can always give coal Dum but I didn't do it since I like to have original meat flavor 4.. u can baked these kababs too , I lightly fry them and put in foil tray and cover thn preheat oven at 450 F and baked covers for 25 to 30 mins , baking gives nice toasty and Dum flavor 5 ..if u don't have cornmeal thn use besan , rice flour but I like cornmeal taste better and gives nice binding 6.. if u find beef meat too dry add 1/2 cup of grinded onions and buy 85% meat with fat in it.
