Nandos peri peri chicken strips

Full recipe:

ingredients

Chicken strips 350g

Ginger garlic paste 1tbs

Peri Peri sauce 1tbs

Chili sauce 1tbs

salt to taste

black paper 1tsp

an egg

all purpose one cup

For potato garlic wedges:

potatoes half kg

salt a pinch

butter 1tbs

parsley or fresh coriander leaves 1tbs

olive oil 1tbs


Method

marinade chicken strips with all spices for one hour coat in all purpose floor and then egg and finally in crumbed lays or any potato chips and deep fry on medium flame.

for garlic wedges cut potato in wedges and blanch for two minutes season it by olive oil and salt bake it for ten minutes on 350gas mark by a bulb of garlic.

heat a pan put tbs of butter add mashed garlic and coriander leaves saute for a minute then add potato wedges.
