Namkeen Gosht

Ingredients:

  1. Meat - 1kg

  2. Onion - 1

  3. Salt

  4. Crushed Black Pepper - 3 -4 Tbsp or according to your taste

  5. Crushed Coriander - 3 Tbsp

  6. Crushed Cumin - 3 Tbsp

  7. Garlic Ginger - 2 Tbsp

  8. Crushed Red Chillies - 1 tsp

  9. Green Chillies - 6 or according to your taste

  10. Garnish: Ginger, green coriander, lemon juice

Method:

  1. Fry Meat in oil for 5 min

  2. Add Garlic ginger and fry for couple of more minutes

  3. Add onion and fry till onion gets soft

  4. Add all masalas and fry

  5. Now add water and cook till meat is tender.

  6. Dry the water and fry till oil is released and add green chillies

  7. Add roasted crushed cumin corriander and some more Blackpepper if you like.

  8. Add juvenile ginger, green coriander and lemon juice.

  9. Keep on dum for couple of more minutes.

Your delicious Namkeen Gosht is ready!!!
