Ingredients:
- Meat - 1kg 
- Onion - 1 
- Salt 
- Crushed Black Pepper - 3 -4 Tbsp or according to your taste 
- Crushed Coriander - 3 Tbsp 
- Crushed Cumin - 3 Tbsp 
- Garlic Ginger - 2 Tbsp 
- Crushed Red Chillies - 1 tsp 
- Green Chillies - 6 or according to your taste 
- Garnish: Ginger, green coriander, lemon juice 
Method:
- Fry Meat in oil for 5 min 
- Add Garlic ginger and fry for couple of more minutes 
- Add onion and fry till onion gets soft 
- Add all masalas and fry 
- Now add water and cook till meat is tender. 
- Dry the water and fry till oil is released and add green chillies 
- Add roasted crushed cumin corriander and some more Blackpepper if you like. 
- Add juvenile ginger, green coriander and lemon juice. 
- Keep on dum for couple of more minutes. 
Your delicious Namkeen Gosht is ready!!!
