Marination Chicken 3 to 4 lbs yogurt 1/2 cup turmeric powder1/2tsp salt to taste lemon juice 1tsp
Add everything in the chicken and marinate for 30 min.
2nd step ingredients:
tezpatta 1 to 2 shah zeera or kala zeera 1/2 tsp mix whole spices 1 tsp oil fried onions 1 cup(i used packet one) red chilli powder 1 tsp or to taste dhanya powder 1 tsp zeera powder 1 tsp almond +kaju paste (take 12 to 15 altogether) green chillies 3 to 4 cream 1/4 cup or as much you like
Method:
Add oil in pan.Add tezzpatta and whole spices.Add marinated chicken.fry for 5 min.Add chilli powder,dhanyapwder,zeera powder. Bhoonafy few min to mix.Add kaju almond paste.Add fried onions and bhoonafy few more minutes to mix.Add 1 cup water and cook till chicken is tender. Bhoonafy till oil separates.Add green chillies.Now add cream.mix and turn off heat. I didnt add fried onions at the end but the recipe says for it. Enjoy!!
