MONGOLIAN BEEF

Ingredients :

beef undercut : 1 kg corn flour : 4 tbsp soya sauce : 8 to 10tbsp hot sauce : 3 tbsp oyster sauce : 2tbsp vinegar 6tbsp oil 1/4 cup salt black pepper 2tsp peanut butter 2tbsp honey 1tbsp brown sugar 1tbsp chicken powder 1tsp sesame seed 2tbsp chopped garlic 1tbsp chopped ginger 1tbsp dried red chillies 8 green chillies 3 green onion 4 to 5


METHOD Marinate your beef with 4tbsp corn flour , 2tbsp soya sauce , black pepper , salt n 3tbsp vinegar for 1 hour.

Now stir fry or deep fry your marinated beef in 1/4cup oil

Now in a bowl mix peanut butter, honey, brown sugar, salt, pepper, soya sauce, hot sauce , oyster sauce n chicken powder mix well n make a paste.

Now in a separate pan add 4 to 5 tbsp oil add ginger garlic , chopped green chillies, chopped dry red chillies, 4 tbsp white part of green onion n saute for 2 min

now add your prepared paste n 1/4cup water cook for 2 min add 1tsp corn flour mix in water if required ,

now add your fried beef n mix well in last add sesame seed n 6tbsp green part of green onion.


MONGOLIAN BEEF is ready serve it with garlic fried rice or vegetable fried rice.
