Methi Qeema

Ingredients:

Qeema (minced meat) - 1/2 kg

Onion - 1 medium sliced

Tomatoes - 2 medium

garlic and ginger paste - 1 Tbs

Methi - 2 -3 Tbs

Red Chillie powder - 1.5 Tbs

Salt

Turmeric - 1 tsp

Coriander powder - 2 Tsp

Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp

Green Chillies, coriander, lemon juice


Method:



  1. Fry onions till light golden brown

  2. Add Qeema and fry for 5 min Add garlic ginger, fry

  3. Add spices (red chillies turmeric, salt, corriander, garam masala) and bhoonafy.

  4. Add chopped tomatoes and 1/2 cup of water. Cover and let cook for 10 min

  5. Fry so that the water evaporates and oil gets separated.

  6. Sprinkle 1 Tbs of bhona pisa dhania zeera

  7. Add lemon juice, green chillies, green coriander and put on dum for 5 min.

  8. Serve with garam roti, yogurt and achar and enjoy! :)
