MATTAR PULAO 🍋

INGREDIENTS
Onion 1
Rice 3 cups
Peas - 2 cups
Yogurt - 1 cup
Oil
Garam masalay - cloves, green cardamon, black cardamon, cinnamon stick, zeera, taiz pata
Masalay powder - salt, black pepper, dhania powder, garam masala powder
Chicken stock cube (optional)
METHOD:
Fry onion, add garam masalay
Add garlic ginger and fry
Add peas and powder masalay and fry
Add yogurt and tomatoes
Fry and add 4 cups water
Bring water to boil, cover and let simmer for 5 minutes
Now add rice
Let it cook till water has evaporated
Cover with lid and lower the flame for dum
Matar pulao is ready!!!
Garnish with Achari fried chillies and green coriander
