Marination for 1 whole chicken:
Yogurt 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Haldi half tsp
Black pepper poweder 1 tsp
Garam masala half tsp
Zeera powder 1tsp
Dhaniya powder 1 tsp
Red chillo flakes and powder 1 tbsp
Chaat masala half tsp
Zarday ka rang/red/orange food colour adjust accordingly
Lemon juice 1-2 tbsp
Vinegar 1 -2tbsp
Marrinate your chicken, Refrigerate it an airtight box or plastic bag for good 3-4 hours.
Steaming method:
NO I DID NOT PREHEAT THE POT.
Take a deep pot/bartan. Fill water, place a channi/seive or any steamer utensil you have. Place your chicken. Water should not touch the chicken. Steam for 25-30 mins
Frying method:
Deep fry your chicken once its done with steaming, give t a good colour.
Sprinkle chaat masala, Enjoy!
