Masala Raan

For 2 Raan:

You can divide the quantity in half.

Main focus/purpose is to share the recipe (you can always adjust the quantities)


Marination

Yogurt 1 pao/250 grams

Ginger garlic paste 5 tbsp (bhar k)

Haldi/turmeric powder 1 tsp

Red chilli flakes plus powder 2 tbsp

Talhar mirch powder/kashmiri laal mirch powder 1 tsp (optional, just for colour)

Black pepper powder 1 tsp

Salt 1 tbsp or adjust

Dhaniya powder 1 tbsp

Zeeera powder 1 tbsp

Vinegar half cup (for flavour and for tenderness)


**Marinate your meat for good 3 hours.


**Your choice, you can steam and serve with rice.

***Steaming time 3 hours

We served it with pulao and roasted garlic potatoes!🤩


***Additional Sajji**

Or you can make sajji out of it too just by giving coal smoke.


ROASTED GARLIC POTATOES:

Wash and prick your potates. Don't peel the skin Boil them.

Cut them into half.

Saute in 2 tbsp oil

Garlic chopped 2 tbsp

Mix herbs or oregano 1 tsp

Salt acc to your taste

black pepper (keep the quantity high)

Serve!!!
