A refreshing summer treat for mango lovers, It is extremely delicious n easy to make.

Ingredients: Servers 8 to 9 Milk 1 litre Custard powder vanilla 4 tbsp Sugar 8 tbsp Chocolate or black forest ice cake 1 pound Mango purree of 2 large mangoes Mango chunks of 2 large mangoes Whipping cream 500gm Icing sugar (optional) for adding in cream (my cream is already sweet) Jelly powder 2 packets Roasted almonds Candy biscuit 1 large box

Method: Make custard with milk , sugar n custard powder.Make jelly with 1 glass boiling water (for 1 packet).now in a chopper make crumbs of candy biscuits ,beat cream until it achieves soft peak .

Start assembling first layer is of biscuits crumb then mango chunks then cake now u add puree then jelly ,now add roasted almonds n in last add sufficient amount of whipped cream yummy trifle is ready, serve it chilled.
