Mango Trifle

Ingredients

  1. Digestive biscuit crumbs 2cups

  2. Mango puree 2cups

  3. Mango chunks 2cups

  4. Whipped cream 2cups (sweetened)

  5. Mango crystal jelly 1packet


Method

  1. In a dish make base with crush biscuits keep the dish in fridge for 20mins

  2. Take a bowl add whipped cream and mango puree beat them for another 5mins

  3. Now add mango jelly small chunks and fold them

  4. Pour the mixture over crust add some mango chunks

  5. Add more cream on top decorate with mango chunks

  6. Serve chilled.
