Recipe Credits: Ambreen Gul

INGREDIENTS
6 eggs separated
500gm mascopani cheese
3 tbsp sugar
Finger sponges (can be seen in pic)
Mango juice for dipping finger sponge
I used Rubicon juice
Mangoes i very small pieces
Beat egg yolks with sugar until it becomes creamy
METHOD:
Mix cheese in that egg yolks mixture and beat it again until it become creamy.
In separate bowl with clean hand beater whisk the whites till it becomes foam
Now slowly fold the whites foam in cheese and egg yolk mixture with specula.
Now dip the fingers on juice and make layer in bowl then add mango layer and then add mixture layer.
Repeat the steps
