❣️ Mango Firni❣️

Dessert from North India

Ingredients: Mangoes : 2 large

Rice :4 tbsp MILK : 1 litre Sugar: 1/2 cup Pistachios Almond Condensed milk: 4 to 5 tbsp Serve : 4 to 5


Method: 1. Boil milk for 7 to 10 minutes.

2. Add coarsely grounded rice and keep stirring until the phirni become thick.

3. Add cardamom powder, sugar and condensed milk.

4. Keep stirring until you get the required consistency.

5. Turn off the stove

6. Add mango puree in it mix well.


Your Firni is ready to serve. 😊
