Malai Bread Rolls*

Ingredients: 1 small bread 4 cup milk 1/4 cup condense milk Saffron Cardimon powder of 3 pods Milk powder 1/2 cup 1 tbsp sugar
*Step 1* Add 4 cups of milk stir it and keep it boiling.Reduce it to two cups.Add a pinch saffron ( u can also add khera essence) Add cardimon powder of 3 cardamon pods and reduce the milk it 1 cup. Keep stiring add 1/4 cup condence milk .Stir and boil and keep it aside. *Step 2* Take a pan add 1 tbsp ghee now add 1/2 cup milk powder add 1/2 cup milk Saute it on low flame.Now add 1 tbsp sugar keep stiring and add rest of the milk in the pans keep stiring till milk powder form in to a soft dough.Keep it aside *Step 3* Cut the corner of bread slices.Keep it on wooden vege cutter and roll the roller pin on each bread slices till it become just like thin slice. **Step 4** Place the dough powdered milk a very fine layer of 3 to 4 inch on corner of the slice with a spoon or your hand . Now lightly press and roll it.Keep all the bread rolls in serving dish. Add the milk reduced to one cup on the bread rolls. *Step 5* Sprinkle pistachu and Almonds on the rolls.Refrigerate it for 20 to 40 minutes and sreve it chill. I used chowara( dried dates) boilded and cut the chowarah in julian cutting style
*Note* I took 1.5 liter of milk and till I reached the last of simmering.I kept it boiling and scrapped the milk all around the milk pot again in the center. This process created lachas in the milk and it turned light redish in colour which enhanced the taste of milk and it tasted just like Rabri..😊
