Mac n Cheese (CHEESY AND SAUCY)

Ingredients
Unboiled macaroni 3cups
Butter 3 tablespoons
Oil 1 tablespoon
Onion 1 small
Cheese cheddar slices 8
Mozerella cheese 1 small packet
All purpose flour 3 tablespoons
Milk 3 cups
Chicken cube 1
Garlic powder half tsp
Oregano half tsp
Black pepper 1tsp
Method
First boil macaroni. According to packet instructions. And keep it aside..
Then in a pot put butter and oil..then add one finely chopped onion.. fry it for 5 to 6 mins till it gets translucent.
Then add all purpose flour fry it for 1 to 2 mins then add milk 1 and a half cup.mix it gently with whisk on slow flame.
Add chicken cube, garlic powder,black pepper and oregano.mix it well.. it will make a beautiful white sauce..
Add cheese 5 slices and mozzarella half packet..mix it.till it gets melt .if you feel sauce is thick add milk.
Add macaroni in a sauce.then mix it.put it in a pan add more mozzarella in centre and on top and bake it..i baked it on stove in a pot..
Garnish and enjoy ur cheesy pasta.
