BISCOFF Delight 🌺🌺

WHAT WE NEED :

2 Cups of whipping / fresh cream

1 tsp Vanilla essence

1 bottle of Lotus Spread

One packet of Lotus biscuits



WHAT WE DO :


Crush 10 - 12 biscuits, mix with melted butter and set them in a glass bowl pressing using the round side of spoon. Refrigerate for like 30 min.


Beat the cream till soft peaks form with 2 tsp vanilla essence. Make sure cream is thoroughly chilled before you start beating and you beat the cream on a bath of icy water so you get nice fluffy whipped cream.

Take 5 Tbsp of Lotus spread in a bowl and beat it so it is smooth


Now mix 1spoon at a time in whipped cream mixing well after each addition.


Put this mixture on prepared crushed biscuits bowl. Refrigerate again for 30 minutes.


Melt 4 Tbsp of of Lotus spread in a bowl, drizzle it roughly on the cream layer.


Drizzle some more crushed lotus on top.


Serve with some extra broken biscuits for the extra crunch & enjoy 😉
