Lemon cheesecake

Digestive biscuit crush in a zip lock bag with rollin pin add melted butter set aside


I used the small tub of Philadelphia cheese cream slightly more then half add sugar half cup and vanilla 1tsp mix then wiz together 3/4 minutes


Then I’m another bowl add half cup of full fat cream whisk until stif and fluffy ...


Then fold in both Philadelphia cream and full

Fat cream you whisked together ...


Layer cups with crushed biscuit cream then biscuit and then lemon curd


Mix warm water in lemon curd to slightly make it thinner add on top ...


Put in fridge to set for a few hours ...
