Layered Mango Delight

Ingredients:
Plain Cake: 1 pound
5 mangos
Milk: 1 cup
Cream: 2 Tetra Packs
Blueberries: Handful for decoration
Method:
- Cut the cake into a few equal slices to use as base.
- Soak your hands in water and then squeeze the cake slices in your palms and set it as the base in a dish
- Slice and Dice the mangoes and add the Milk in a jug to make Mango Pulp
- Pour the Mango Pulp on top of the cake slices
- Spread the cream on top of the Mango Pulp
- Decorate it with Blueberries
- Freeze it for 45 minutes so the base is solid but not rock solid
- then refrigerate it for 2 hours
- Well enjoy then
