INGREDIENTS:
Mutton 750 gms with bones Bottle gourd( lauki) 1 long medium size Onion 2 medium Yogurt little less than half cup Kashmiri red chillie powder 1teaspoon Qourma masala 1 tablespoon Turmeric powder half teaspoon Coriander powder 1teaspoon Zeera powder 1teaspoon Garam masala powder 1teaspoon Whole spices mix Ginger garlic paste 1 and a half tablespoon Salt to taste Oil half cup Tomato paste 4 tablespoons
Method:
In a pot , put sliced onions and oil.fry it till golden brown take it out. In same pot mutton and ginger garlic paste. Mix well and bhoonify.. Add all spices and salt .Add 2 litres water and let it cook on slow to medium flame. Grind your fried onions ,yogurt and tomato paste and keep it aside. When mutton is 80% done add yogurt and onions paste .mix well .Add lauki.. let it cook for more few minutes until both are perfectly cooked. In the end put garam masala, fresh coriander and green chillies and water for shorba as much you like .put it on dum and enjoy shorbay wala lauki gosht. With rice or roti..
