LAHORI FRIED FISH - KOLACHI

Recipe Credits - Ainee Pasha


INGREDIENTS:


MARINATE 1


1. Boneless white fish fillets - 1kg

2. Vinegar - 1 Tbsp

3. Ginger Garlic - 1Tbsp

4. Salt - 1tsp


MARINATE 2


1. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1tsp

2. Crushed coriander - 3tsp

3. Ajwain crushed - 1 1/2 tsp

4. Zeera crushed - 1 1/2 tsp

5. Crushed Red chilli pepper - 3 tsp or more (according to taste)

6. Methi Dana finely grounded pinch

7. Salt - according to taste

8. Black Salt - 1/2 tsp

9. Chicken powder - 3 tsp


For Frying


Eggs 2


Corn Flour - 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup


METHOD


1. Marinate fish for 30 min in Marinate 1

2. Rinse well and dry.

3. Add all ingredients of Marinate 2, eggs and corn flour

Deep fry in Oil

Serve with Tartar Sauce.


Note:


For extra crispy fish add 3/4 cup corn flour, for normal crispy add 1/2 cup corn flour.
