Chicken marinate:
Boneless chicken 300 grams
Cornflour 2 tbsp
Plain flour 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper 1 tsp
Egg 1
Marinate and refrigerate for half hour.
Deep fry until golden brown.
Sauce preps:
Water half cup
Sugar 1 tsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Dark soy sauce (suree) 2 tbsp
Cornflour 1 tbsp
Red chilli flakes and powder half tsp
Final Preps:
You'll need:
Oil, garlic, red button chillies and peanuts (toasted)
Heat a Wok, it should be real hot.
Add 3 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp chopped garlic.
4-6 button chillies
Add your sauce, keep stirring it will get thick in 15 seconds.
Add handful peanuts.
Add your chicken now, give it a toss.
Serve with egg fried/ veg fried/ garlic rice. ❤️
