Chicken marinate:
- Boneless chicken 300 grams 
- Cornflour 2 tbsp 
- Plain flour 2 tbsp 
- Salt to taste 
- Black pepper 1 tsp 
- Egg 1 
Marinate and refrigerate for half hour.
Deep fry until golden brown.
Sauce preps:
- Water half cup 
- Sugar 1 tsp 
- Vinegar 2 tbsp 
- Dark soy sauce (suree) 2 tbsp 
- Cornflour 1 tbsp 
- Red chilli flakes and powder half tsp 
Final Preps:
You'll need:
Oil, garlic, red button chillies and peanuts (toasted)
- Heat a Wok, it should be real hot. 
- Add 3 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp chopped garlic. 
- 4-6 button chillies 
- Add your sauce, keep stirring it will get thick in 15 seconds. 
- Add handful peanuts. 
- Add your chicken now, give it a toss. 
- Serve with egg fried/ veg fried/ garlic rice. ❤️
