Term koocha means (smashed / melt in the mouth kind of meat ) .. my mother'srecipe and we love to have it with paratha
Ingredients
- Beef pasanday 1/2kg 
- Ginger garlic Paste 1tbsp 
- Meat tenderizer 1tsp 
- Yogurt 1 cup 
- Onion 1 medium sliced 
- Salt to taste 
- Green chilli paste 1tbsp 
- Crushed and roasted cumin 1tsp 
- Turmeric powder 1/2tsp 
- Crushed red chilli flakes 1tsp 
- Garam masala powder 1tsp 
- Mustard oil 4tbsp 
- Regular oil 1/2 cup 
Method
- Smashed out meat with meat mallet.. 
- Marinate them with yogurt salt ginger garlic paste, turmeric , meat tenderizer, cumin, chilli, green chilli , garam masala and mustard oil for 6 hours 
- Now take a pan add regular oil fry onion till light golden add marinated meat and let it cook till water dries out completely 
- Serve with paratha salad and Chutney
