Koocha/ kuchla bhuna pasanday

Term koocha means (smashed / melt in the mouth kind of meat ) .. my mother'srecipe and we love to have it with paratha


Ingredients


  1. Beef pasanday 1/2kg

  2. Ginger garlic Paste 1tbsp

  3. Meat tenderizer 1tsp

  4. Yogurt 1 cup

  5. Onion 1 medium sliced

  6. Salt to taste

  7. Green chilli paste 1tbsp

  8. Crushed and roasted cumin 1tsp

  9. Turmeric powder 1/2tsp

  10. Crushed red chilli flakes 1tsp

  11. Garam masala powder 1tsp

  12. Mustard oil 4tbsp

  13. Regular oil 1/2 cup


Method


  1. Smashed out meat with meat mallet..

  2. Marinate them with yogurt salt ginger garlic paste, turmeric , meat tenderizer, cumin, chilli, green chilli , garam masala and mustard oil for 6 hours

  3. Now take a pan add regular oil fry onion till light golden add marinated meat and let it cook till water dries out completely

  4. Serve with paratha salad and Chutney
