Dried apricot dessert aka Khubani ka meetha. Richness of apricot with velvety custard layer is always my goto desserts in dawat.
Ingredients
Dried apricot 200gms
Sugar 2tbsp
Water 1cup.
Method
In sauce put deseeded apricot Sugar and water and let it cook till it becomes like a sauce ( thick apricot sauce )
Step 2
For custard
Milk 2cups
Vanilla custard 4tbsp levelled
Method ..
Make medium thick consistency
vanilla custard .. and there's no sugar.. it should be sugar free bcz apricot sauceis already very sweet and to cut the sweetness we add unsweetened custard and unsweetened cream.
Step 3
You need tetra packed unsweetened cream.
To assemble
In serving bowl or dish layer out custard ( room temperature) then apricot sauce then unsweetened cream..
Put into fridge to set and serve chilled
