Kaleji masala FRY

Tips to make perfect kaleji


Add salt towards end

Never cover while cooking

It gets chewy and rubbery if you over cooked it.


Ingredients

Kaleeji with some fats 500gms

Ginger garlic Paste 1tbsp

Tomatoes 4large chopped

Yogurt 1 cup

Salt to taste

Tikka masala 2tbsp

Crushed and roasted cumin seeds 1tbsp

Crushed and roasted corriandar seeds 1tbsp

Crushed and roasted red button chillies Dry fenugreek leaves 1tsp

Garam masala powder 1tsp

Green chillies 6 to 7

Lemon juice 2tbsp


METHOD


Heat oil suatee gingergarlic paste then add tomatoes and cook them for 5mins at high flame

Now add kaleeji(liver) with fat chunks and cook them for 5mins on high flame now add tikka masala, cumin ,corriandar and red crushed chillies cook it for another 8mins

Now add yogurt and again cook for 5mins on medium high flame

Lastly add salt , green chillies , dry fenugreek leaves ,garam masala powder and lemon juice mix it well and serve.
