Ingredients:
Whole chicken skin off 1 Margarine 2 tbsp Oil 2 tbsp Adrak lassan 1 tbsp Salt 1 tsp ( Plz check ) Haldi 1/2 tsp Roasted Zeera 1 tbsp Roasted Dhania 1 tbsp Roasted red Button chilies 8 to 10 Roasted dry coconut 2 tbsp Roasted Badam 10 ( no need to peel) Papita paste 1 tsp ( optional)if u r cooking right away or if leaving overnite thn no need for papita ilaichi powder 1/2 tsp Lemon juice 2 tbsp Dahi 1/2 cup Tomatoes chrushed 2 ( to make masala ) Green chillie paste 1 tsp Kewra essence or Zaffran essence 1/4 tsp
For top Bhagar : Garlic powder 1/2 tsp Melted butter 1/2 cup Paprika 1 tsp Chat masala 1/2 tsp
Method
Clean chicken and put cuts Roast all the dry ingredients mentioned above and grind in to powder In a bowl mix all the ingredients with Dahi , crushed tomatoes and put aside Marinate chicken with masala and keep for 15 mins
In a pan put oil , Margarine and add chicken with all the masala Bhuno well for 5 mins Dahi and tomatoes will leave water cover and cook one side for 15 mins and second side 15 mins u can add 1/2 cup Water if masala is getting thick When done take out in a dish and put Bhagar on top
Heat butter , add paprika , chat masala & garlic powder and put on top of chicken for color & taste Top with French fries and cilantro

Tips : 1..If u don’t want to use margarine thn use only oil I felt margarine give nice flavor since it’s salty make sure be careful adding salt in masala 2.. with all the spices , Dahi & chrushed tomatoes there will be lots of masala thts why I didn’t use any onions if u want u can add brown chrushed onions & mix in masala 3.. plz adjust ur Mirch since it’s spicy u can use less button chilies 4.. I have stopped using oven since it leaves lots of water and my chicken gets dry too so cooking on top of stoves made my chicken very tasty & moist u can use oven and bake too U can omit kewra or Zaffran essence but it gives Nawabi taste I added Zaffran
