INGREDIENTS
2/3 cup milk
Put in pan and just boil a little
1/2 cup ghee
Add in warm milk
1/3 cup suji add 2Tbsp water in it and combine in milk
METHOD:
31/2 cups milk powder add it in the milk suji mixture and put in freezer for 15 mins.
Then add 3/4 cup maida and 1 tsp baking soda and pinch of mace n nutmeg in this frozen mixture. Then goondofy it and make small balls and put them on the plate. Make sure there are no cracks on the balls.
For making sugar syrup
Take 4 cups sugar, 1 cup water, 1Tbsp lemon juice, 2 green Cardamom and pinch of yellow color and stir continuously till sugar is dissolved. Set aside.
Now heat oil on medium heat and start frying the balls and keep stirring them so they are evenly browned and as they are fried put them in the warm sugar syrup.
Garnish as desire.
