Ingredients:
Full fat milk powder 1 cup All purpose flour 1 table spoon Baking powder 1 teaspoon Egg 1 Kewra few drops(optional) Oil 1 tablespoon For Sugar Syrup: 1cup sugar 2 cups water 5 to 6 ilaichi Kewra few drops Oil for frying
Method: 1) First in a bowl mix all dry ingredients like milk powder,all purpose flour, baking powder. 2) Add egg ,1 tablespoon oil and few drops of kewra essence. mix well. 3) Dough should be soft and sticky.if it is hard add few drops of milk. 4) Apply oil in your hands and make crack free balls. For Sugar Syrup: 1) Put water,sugar ,green
cardamom in a pot. 2) Let it simmer on slow flame until all sugar is dissolved. 3) Then make a medium consistency syrup not too thick and too thin.
For Frying: 1) Take a wide mouth pan put oil or ghee On medium flame fry your gulab jamun balls. 2) Keep moving them time to time. 3) Until your desired colour is obtained. 4) Put your gulab jamuns in hot sugar syrup and cook for 5 to 6 minutes. 5) Your soft and juicy gulab jamuns are ready. 6) Garnish with nuts an enjoy.
