Hello all Today I finally tried Gulab jamans which came out really nice, soft and Juicy 😊
Below is the recipe I used:
Nido milk powder or any other full fat milk powder 1cup Egg big( beaten) 1tspoon baking powder 1tbspoon maida 1tbspoon ghee/melted butter
For Sheera: 1 1/4cup sugur 1-1/2 cup pani mix and boil and then keelp on lowest flame
Mix everything to make a dough.
Grease hands with oil and make small balls, make them smooth with no cracks.
Heat oil and deep fry them on low flame.
Take out and put them in sheera
Leave in sheera for may be 30 min or longer.
Enjoy yummy Gulabjaman 😊😘
