💕💕GALAWATI BIHARI DUM QEEMA💕 WITH HOMEMADE MASALA
INGREDIENTS:
Beef Qeema 1kg sy thora ziada( 2 dafa pissa hua)
Raw papaya paste 3 tablespoon full
Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoon full
Red chillie powder 1 tablespoon full
Turmeric powder 1tsp
Salt
Onions 3 medium size fried
Onion 1 medium size raw in paste form
Yogurt one and a half cup
Tomato paste few tablespoons (optional)
Galawati Bihari Masala:
For Dry masala:
1tablespoon Zeera roasted
1tablespoon coriander roasted
1tsp cloves
1tablespoon black pepper corn
1 cinnamon stick
2 bari ilaichi
4 choti ilaichi
One fourth teaspoon jaifel
One forth teaspoon javetri
Poppy seeds 1tsp ..
Grind them all.... make a powder....
Method:
Step 2: blend yogurt and fried onions together...
Marinate qeema with all the ingredients for whole night or minimim 6hrs..
Then in a pan.. put oil... and qeema on medium flame cook it.. till water dries and oil separates... keep stiring it ....after some time off and onn...
Then put it on slow flame... give Coal smoke... for bbq flavour... and put green chillies..fresh coriander.. lemon.. and jaifal javerti 1/4tsp on dum...... your Qeema is ready.
