METHOD TO MAKE
- In a pot add 2 tbsp desi ghee add 6 green cardamom and 2 large grated carrots and bhunofy it well for 10mins atleast at low heat .. 
- now add 1 cup washed , soaked and dried rice to it and bhunofy them well with carrots for 5mins 
- now add 2lts of milk and cook it on low heat till rice cooks and tender .. 
- Once done mash or blend with hand blender or masher .. 
- add 1.5-2 cups of sugar and again cook it , 
- when sugar dissolve completely add 1 cup khoya and nuts mix it well. 
- Few drops of kewra water mix and serve.. 
Garnish with nuts and serve chilled ..
