METHOD TO MAKE
In a pot add 2 tbsp desi ghee add 6 green cardamom and 2 large grated carrots and bhunofy it well for 10mins atleast at low heat ..
now add 1 cup washed , soaked and dried rice to it and bhunofy them well with carrots for 5mins
now add 2lts of milk and cook it on low heat till rice cooks and tender ..
Once done mash or blend with hand blender or masher ..
add 1.5-2 cups of sugar and again cook it ,
when sugar dissolve completely add 1 cup khoya and nuts mix it well.
Few drops of kewra water mix and serve..
Garnish with nuts and serve chilled ..
