1. Grate seven carrots
2. Put them in a pan and heat them add half a bottle of full fat milk
3. Sugar 2 cups and cardamon
(elachi) powder
if you don’t have elachi powder take out the seeds from sabat elachi and use them , crush them in pestle and mortar or however you find easy ..
Once all that is in
4. keep stirring, the carrots will go soft in milk
This would take about an hour for the milk to dry , constantly stir
5. add 1 while elmea cream or any full fat cream in and keep stirring it will start going thick ...
6. once milk dry is add 1/3 unsalted butter , you can use ghee or oil I prefer unsalted butter and constantly stir , keep stirring until it because lovely and thick ..
7. Garnish with almonds cashews , u can also use pistachio too x
