Fried Fish and Chips

Ingredients.
Fish 1/2kg fillet
Garlic powder 1/2tsp (you can use fresh as well)
Chicken powder/ cube 1tsp
Black pepper 1/2tsp
Crushed red chilli flakes 1/2tsp
Vinegar 1tbs
Salt according to the taste because cube or chicken powder has much salt in it.
Method. Marinate fish with above mentioned ingredients. For 2 hours
For frying.
Flour Maida 1cup mix with little salt and black pepper.
Eggs 2
Bread crumbs
Now take fish pieces one by one first in Maida then dip in egg .Repeat this process and in the end roll in crumbs.when done put all the pieces in fridge for 5 to 7 min then take out and deep fry.
